EVENTS:
Things to know before you go: 50% of payments will be in advance along with the work order. Balance 50% of the payment should be made within one day after the event. An initial 10%  non-refundable deposit, based on the work order for your event is required on signing of our contract and supplier fees are to be pre-paid at the time of booking. The final invoice will be issued on completion of the event. It is your responsibility to carefully check all correspondence issued by the venue and suppliers and contact us with any changes before signing the agreement. After that any additional requirements /services provided will be settled in the final bill. Rates for an event are variable and we reserve the right to reflect this in our charges to you. Vasilis events will not be responsible for any payments to the venue or suppliers and will not accept liability for any penalty charges issued by the venue or suppliers. Service Charge and Service Tax charged by local governments on services, which are part of the program.

CONSULTANCY:
There are no registration fees for candidates. Our service charge will be equal to the 50 % offered one month salary/package of the client from the corresponding firm.

ADVERTISING:
These terms apply to all advertising provided to any person /customer) of Vasilis advertising. customer responsibility in the case of any copyright, trade mark, obligation of confidentiality or other personal or proprietary right any law of defamation, obscenity services law as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth); If advertising contains the name or photographic or pictorial representation of any living person and/or any copy by which any living person can be identified, the customer has obtained the authority of that person to make use of his/her name or representation or the copy. Advertising containing contact details for the customer must contain the full name and street address of the Customer. Post office box and email address .Vasilis advertising will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any Advertising. Customer must promptly check proofs of advertising and notify Vasilis advertising of any errors in the proofs or in published advertising. Service Charge and Service Tax charged by local governments on services, which are part of the program.

PAYMENT:
All Payment should be made either by Cheque or by D.D in favor of M/s. Vasilis Holidays, Payable at Ernakulam

CANCELLATION CHARGES:
Charges will apply in the Event /Advertising of any cancellation. No services either cancelled or unused subsequent to for the event / Advertising.  All cancellation fees must be calculated based on the total amount of the events. Vasilis events /Advertising reserve the right to cancel a booking where any payment is not received by its due date.

LAWS:
The laws of the Indian courts subject to Laws of the Republic of India govern this agreement. Any legal action instituted against Vasilis group must be heard before the courts (Ernakulam). The avoiding of one or other of the clauses here to shall neither annul nor invalidate this agreement, which is known as the Terms and Conditions.
